Amigo Logistics (India) Pvt Ltd is based at B/33 in the Akurdi area. It is a very plain and honest kind of place to work. We don't have one of those big, shiny glass buildings that you see in the city center. It is just a functional office where we take care of all the logistics work that needs to be done. Akurdi is a solid location for a business like ours, and we have been at B/33 for a good while now. We’ve really settled into the rhythm of the neighborhood. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or on the computer, coordinating different shipments and talking to people who have goods that need to be moved. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days everything goes exactly according to plan, while other days there are delays that we have to sort out as quickly as we can. That is just the nature of the logistics business. Amigo is made up of a small team of regular people who work well together. We aren't interested in using a lot of corporate buzzwords or sounding more important than we are. We just want to get the job done right for the people who rely on us. We have our desks, our schedules, and our notebooks. It is a lot of hard work, but we find it satisfying to see a job through to the end. Our neighbors are good people, and we have everything we need right here in this part of Akurdi.
