Vikas Associates

We set up Vikas Associates out on Handewadi Road. Our place is near the Zoe Petrol Pump, so it’s pretty easy for people to spot us when they’re heading into Village Urli Devachi. It’s a growing area, lots of new stuff coming up, but we’re at S. No.- 309/1. We do a lot of paperwork and meeting people for various projects. It isn't a shiny glass building, just a functional space where we can sit down and talk through things. The road gets quite busy during the commute hours, but it stays quiet enough for us to focus during the day. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things move along like they should. Most of the time, we’re dealing with local folks from the village or people moving into the new developments nearby. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we started. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just manage with what we have. We like being slightly away from the main city chaos. It feels more grounded here where we can actually see the trees. We just take things one day at a time and try to help out whoever comes in with a question or a job. There is usually a stray dog resting near the entrance and we don't mind. It's just a regular local office where the work gets done without any fuss.
