Poona Electrical House

Poona Electrical House is tucked away in Shop No. 12 of the B-Wing at Ganesh Palace. We are located in Samarth Nagar, over in New Sangvi, not far from Sai Chowk. It’s a busy little corner of the building. We’ve got all sorts of electrical parts and wires shoved into the shelves. It’s not the biggest shop, but we make use of every inch of space we have. Most days are spent testing things or explaining how a switch works to someone. Being in Ganesh Palace means we have other shops around us, so there’s always people moving back and forth in the corridors. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the inventory. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific part if it’s tucked way in the back. The lighting in the shop could be better, but we’re usually too busy to worry about it. People from around New Sangvi know they can just drop in. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or have a big mission statement. We just open up in the morning, put the displays out, and wait for the first customer. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know our regulars by name and we just try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. We stay here until late most evenings making sure the books are done.
