Vighnaharta Hospital

Our hospital is situated at 1149 Bafana Mala, right on the Pune Nagar Highway in Shirur. Since we are on the highway, we get a lot of different people stopping by, not just folks from the local town. It can get pretty loud with the trucks and buses passing by all the time. The building is a familiar sight for people traveling between Pune and Nagar. We have been here at Bafana Mala for a while now. The hospital isn't one of those high-rise city hospitals, it is a more grounded, local place. We handle a bit of everything, from minor injuries to more serious stuff that comes in from the road. The staff is mostly local people from Shirur who know the area well. We don't do much in the way of fancy promotion. We just have our sign out by the highway and people find us. Inside, it is a busy environment. There is always someone coming or going. We have some beds for patients and a small area for families to wait. It is a practical place meant for a busy transit area. The highway keeps us on our toes, especially during the peak travel times. We just try to keep the place running and help the patients who walk through the doors. It is a simple, no-nonsense hospital for the Shirur community and the people on the road.
