Vighnahar Rail Cargo

Being in Bhosari 1 means we’re right in the middle of all the industrial noise and action. Vighnahar Rail Cargo is basically where we spend all our waking hours. It’s a tough environment, but it suits us just fine. We mostly deal with getting stuff ready for the rail lines, which involves a lot of heavy lifting and checking schedules. The yard is usually full of crates and people moving things around. It's not the cleanest place, but it's where the work happens. We don't use much fancy software or anything; we still rely a lot on our notebooks and knowing the people at the station. Some days the trains are late, and that throws everything off, so we just have to sit and wait or rearrange the whole day's plan. It’s frustrating but you get used to it. The team here is small, just a few guys who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We eat our lunch together when there's a break in the loading. You won't find any polished floors or air conditioning in our main area. It’s just a practical setup for moving cargo. We’ve been at this Bhosari location for quite some time, and we know most of the other businesses around here. Everyone just kind of does their own thing and helps out when a truck gets stuck or something goes wrong. It’s just a regular, working-class life.
