Our shop is at S-15 in the Heera Panna Shopping Centre, right in the Bhosari area. If you know the mall, you know it can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping. We chose this spot because it is easy for people to find us when they are already out running errands. Inside the shop, we keep all our cleaning supplies and equipment. It is not a showroom; it is more of a storage and utility space where we get things ready for the day. Bhosari is a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in with that vibe. We don't have any polished sales pitches or a big marketing team. We just focus on getting things clean. I am usually there in the mornings checking the stock and making sure the machines are working right. The Heera Panna center has been around for a while, and our unit S-15 is tucked in a spot that we have made our own. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that is just how it is. We talk to our customers like neighbors because many of them are. There is no corporate talk here, just honest work and a lot of scrubbing. We keep it simple and stay busy with the local jobs that come our way every week. It keeps us going.
