Sampanna Facilites

Out here in Shivaji Nagar, things move pretty fast. We are based on the ground floor of the Janaki Raghunath building, number 622. If you are heading toward the Tavarekere ground, you’ll probably pass us. We are quite close to the Kohinoor Technical Institute, so there are always students and bikes buzzing around the street outside. Sampanna Facilites is really just a group of us trying to keep things running for other buildings and offices. We handle the basic stuff that people usually forget about until something breaks or gets too dirty to look at. The office gets a lot of dust because we are on the ground floor, so we are always wiping down the desks. It’s a practical setup. We have our supplies piled up in the back corner, mostly cleaning fluids and tools. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the staff who are out at different sites. We aren’t really the type to sit around in suits. Usually, someone is fixated on a schedule or talking to a vendor about soap or light bulbs. Shivaji Nagar can get really crowded during the monsoon, and the water sometimes gathers near the entrance, but we manage. It’s a decent spot to work from. We’ve been in this Janaki Raghunath space for a bit now, and the neighbors know us. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the work done without making a big fuss about anything.
