Venson Transport

Venson Transport is down on Pardeshahi Lane in Mulshi. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works for what we do. Since we are in the transport business, we mostly deal with vehicles and drivers coming and going at all hours. The lane can get tight when two trucks try to pass each other, so that keeps things interesting. We have been here for a good bit now. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It's mostly just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We started this because we liked being on the move. Most of our days are spent checking routes and talking to the drivers over the radio or phone. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is necessary for the local area. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local transport outfit. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially during the rains in Mulshi, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have a small group of people who have been with us for years. We know the roads around here like the back of our hand. It’s just how we make our living, day in and day out. If you walk by, you might see us drinking tea outside while waiting for the next load to arrive or just chatting about the day's traffic.
