Vastukhoj

Vastukhoj is situated at L/3 on the Pashanbaner Link Road, specifically near Montvert Marg on the Pashan-Sus Road. It’s a pretty decent location, though the traffic can be a nightmare during the peak hours of the morning and evening. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters and talking to people about where they want to live or set up shop. The office is fairly quiet compared to the street outside, though we do have the window open most of the time for some fresh air. There are maps pinned to the walls and stacks of folders on every available surface. We don't really have a corporate vibe; it’s more like sitting in someone’s living room while we go over paperwork. We have a small kettle for tea, and that’s usually running for most of the afternoon. People come in with a lot of questions about the local area, and we just try to give them the straight facts about what’s available. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. We might have a few dusty corners and the printer jams more often than it should, but we manage to stay on top of things. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving around the neighborhood to look at different sites. It’s a lot of legwork, but it keeps us busy.
