Vastu Developers

Vastu Developers operates out of Shop No. 4 in the Savali Residency. We are located in Maskernis Colony No 2, which is part of Talegaon Dabhade. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. The shop isn’t very big, but it’s ours and we’ve made it comfortable. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs for when people drop by to talk. Talegaon Dabhade has a specific feel to it, and being in the colony makes us feel like we are right in the middle of the community. We see the same neighbors every morning when we arrive. Some of them stop to say hello or ask how business is going. We don’t do things in a very formal way. If someone wants to talk about a project, we just pull up a chair and start chatting. The walls are covered with sketches and notes from over the years. We spend a lot of time on the computer, but we also like to get out and look at the actual sites. It’s important to see things with your own eyes. The air is a bit fresher here than in the big cities, and we appreciate that. We just keep the shop running, handle the paperwork, and try to be helpful to anyone who wanders in from the residency. It’s a steady pace of life and we like it that way. We stay focused on the small details and handle things one day at a time.
