Vascular Surgery Clinic

This clinic is tucked away at 972 Shukrawar Peth. We are near Swargate and Shivaji Road, so there is always a lot of traffic and people around. Being in Shukrawar Peth means we see a lot of the old city crowd. The clinic specifically deals with vascular surgery issues, mostly things involving veins and blood flow. It is a busy place because many people have trouble with their legs or circulation as they get older. The rooms are clean and functional, with the equipment we need for checkups. It is not a very big space, so things can feel a bit tight when we have several patients at once. You can hear the motorbikes zooming past on Shivaji Road all day long. We spend a lot of time explaining things to patients and their families, often drawing little diagrams on pieces of paper to show how a vein works. The chairs in the waiting room are plastic and simple. We do not spend money on expensive art for the walls. We just focus on the surgical side of things and making sure people understand their treatment. The staff handles the paperwork manually for the most part. It is a practical environment where the work is the main thing. People find us because they need specific help with their blood vessels, and we are just here in this corner of the city doing that work every day. It is a busy life but we are used to it now.
