Vascon Enggs. Ltd

Vascon Enggs. Ltd is based in Pune-28. Our office is at A,4 Prakash Heights, right in the Hadapsar Gadital area. If you know Pune, you know that Gadital is a very busy junction. There are buses and rickshaws everywhere. It can get very loud outside, but inside Prakash Heights, it is a bit more manageable. Our unit is on the fourth floor, I think, or maybe it’s just the A,4 designation. It’s a standard commercial building with a lot of other small businesses. We have a few desks and some cupboards where we keep all our project files. The windows give us a view of the traffic below. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and spreadsheets. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The staff at Vascon Enggs. Ltd is just a few local guys. We don't have a big human resources department or anything. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it over tea. We’ve got a small pantry area where we make our own coffee. The walls are painted a simple off-white. We don't have any mission statements hanging up. We just know what we have to do and we try to finish it on time. Hadapsar is a growing area, so there is always some construction going on nearby. We fit right in with all the other hard-working people in this part of the city.
