Our agency is based at 77 Talawade Weavers Colony, down the 1st Cross on B G Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement, which makes sense for a shipping and cargo business. We spend our days surrounded by boxes, packing tape, and stacks of shipping labels. The office is really just a base of operations where we track where things are and where they need to go next. It’s often a bit chaotic with delivery drivers coming in and out and the phone ringing constantly. We aren't tucked away in a quiet office park; we are right there in the colony where all the activity is. The 1st Cross can get a little crowded when we have a big shipment coming through, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't use a lot of fancy technology beyond what we need to track the parcels. Most of our day is spent making sure the addresses are right and the cargo is secure. It’s a lot of physical work and paying attention to the small details that keep a shipment on track. We’ve been here on B G Road for a while, and the neighbors know us as the place with all the crates. We don't have a big marketing department. We just focus on getting the packages moved from one place to another without too much fuss.
