Classic Wirecut

Classic Wirecut is located in the Parshwanath Industrial area in Bhosari, specifically at Shop Number 15. We are right on Telco Road, not too far from the Hdfc Bank. Being in the M.I.D.C. means we are surrounded by workshops and factories. Our shop is focused on wirecut work, which is a very specific kind of machining. It’s noisy and greasy, just like any real workshop should be. We have our machines running most of the day, cutting through metal with precision. It’s a small team here. We don't wear suits; we wear work clothes that usually have a few stains on them. We take orders from other businesses in the area that need parts made. Sometimes the drawings we get are perfect, and other times we have to sit down and figure out what the customer actually needs. It’s a lot of trial and error followed by a lot of careful monitoring of the equipment. We don't have a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us at the machines or checking measurements with a caliper. The industrial life in Bhosari is fast-paced, but we try to keep a steady head. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Pune. We just want to do the work that’s assigned to us and make sure the parts are right. It’s simple, honest manufacturing work that keeps us busy from morning till night. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the shift, so sweeping is our daily ritual. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the one that’s been there since we moved into the Parshwanath Industrial area. It’s got a bit of rust on the edges, but it does the job. Telco Road is always humming with the sound of industry, and we’re glad to contribute our part to it. We don't have an HR department or a marketing team. If there’s an issue, we just talk it out over lunch. We usually bring our own tiffins and eat together in the small space behind the machines. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the precision of the wirecut process because that’s what our customers expect. If a piece is off by even a tiny bit, we start over. There’s no room for laziness in this kind of work. We’re just a dedicated group of guys who enjoy the technical side of making things.
