We’ve been over here at 61 Chinchwad East in Naya Goan for a while now. If you know this part of the area, it gets pretty busy with all the industrial stuff going on nearby. Most days it’s just us working through the usual list of things that need doing. It isn't a fancy setup, just a solid place where we get the work done. People sometimes struggle to find the exact spot because the roads around here can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to them. We spend most of our time dealing with the machines and making sure everything runs like it's supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, that's just how it is in this line of work, but we usually figure it out. It gets a bit loud with all the equipment running, but you get used to that after a week or two. We aren't really the type to sit around in meetings all day. Usually, someone is on the floor looking at a part or trying to fix a glitch. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. If you drop by, you’ll probably see a few of us covered in a bit of dust or grease depending on what came in that morning. It’s just how a place like this operates in Chinchwad. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, more traffic mainly. But we’re still here doing our thing day in and day out.
