Sodick Technologies

We are based out of Vadodara, right on the Dapodi Tarsali Road. It’s an industrial sort of area, which fits us just fine since we work with machinery and tech stuff. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we have what we need to get the work done. Mostly we're focused on technical support and making sure the equipment is running like it should. It can get pretty greasy and loud in the back, but that’s just part of the deal. We have a small team here, and most of us have been around for a few years. We don't really do the whole "corporate culture" thing. We're more about fixing problems and making sure our customers aren't left hanging. Sometimes we're out on the road visiting sites, and other times we're stuck in the office on Dapodi Tarsali Road dealing with parts orders. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't have any scripted sales pitches. If something is broken, we tell you it's broken and try to figure out how to fix it. That's about as complicated as it gets with us. The weather in Vadodara can be tough in the summer, and the shop gets pretty hot, but we just drink a lot of water and keep moving. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the technical side of things without making a big fuss about it. The street can be noisy, but you get used to it.
