Varda Clinic

Varda Clinic is located in Building Number 19, specifically in Shop Number 4 on the ground floor of the Anand Park Society. You can find us right on Shankarshet Road. Being in a shop unit makes us very accessible; you don’t have to climb any stairs or deal with elevators. I’m usually the one who opens up the shutters in the morning. It’s a compact space, but we’ve managed to fit in a small waiting area and the consultation room. Since we are part of the Anand Park Society, we see a lot of the residents who live in the apartments above and around us. It’s a busy road, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background. Sometimes the delivery vans block the entrance for a few minutes, which is a bit of a nuisance, but they move eventually. We keep a simple setup—a desk, some chairs, and the medical supplies we need. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and it works for what we do. People mostly come in for quick checkups or to get a prescription filled. I like being on the ground floor because I can see what’s happening on Shankarshet Road throughout the day. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us making sure things run right. It’s a straightforward little clinic and we like it that way. I usually clean the glass door twice a day because of the fingerprints from the kids who stop by to look inside.
