A 1 Nurses Bureau

We run our bureau out of the Nurses Building on MTB Road in Kasarwadi. If you are looking for us, we are right near the subway and just opposite the Yogesh Cloth House. It is a central spot which helps because we have people coming and going all the time. We coordinate nursing and caregiving services for people who need help at home. Our office is small and mostly filled with desks and phones. We spend most of the day talking to families who are worried about their loved ones. We also talk to the nurses and caregivers to see who is available for the next shift. It’s a lot of organizing and checking schedules. The building itself is an older one and it has a lot of character. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just try to find the right person for each family. Kasarwadi is a busy area with a lot of shops around us, so it is never quiet. Sometimes it gets stressful when someone calls in sick and we have to find a replacement quickly. We keep all our records in books and on a basic computer. It’s a job where you have to be patient and listen to people's problems. We just sit here and do our best to keep everything moving smoothly. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we do every day.
