Renuka Nurses Bureau

Down here on Bahu Patil Road at number 49, you will find us at Renuka Nurses Bureau. It is a busy little spot because there is always someone needing help or a nurse checking in before they go to their next shift. We spend a lot of time on the landline and our mobiles making sure everyone is where they should be. It gets a bit loud when the shifts change and everyone is talking at once in the small waiting area. We have a few cupboards filled with records and uniforms and sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty with all the foot traffic coming in from the main road. It is just a plain office really. Nothing special to look at but it gets the job done for what we do every day. The staff here knows most of the regular people who call us by their first names. We have some old chairs for when people need to wait and a small table where we keep the register. Most mornings start with a lot of coffee and checking the messages that came in overnight. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the schedules don't clash too much. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to scramble to fix it but that is just part of the work we do here. It’s just us doing our bit to keep things running smoothly without making too much of a fuss.
