Deepak Chamber Cover

We are located out in Uruli Devachi, right by the Mantarwadi Phata in Taluka Haveli. It is a bit of a drive out from the main city, but this is where we have the space to work on Deepak Chamber Cover. We make concrete covers for drains and manholes. It’s heavy, gray work, and our hands are usually covered in cement dust by noon. We don’t have a big fancy office because we don’t really need one for what we do. Most of our time is spent pouring molds or letting things dry out in the sun. These covers have to be strong because they get stepped on or driven over all day long, so we can't afford to be lazy with the mix. People around here know where to find us when they are building something new or when an old cover finally cracks. It is a simple trade that hasn't changed much over the years. We load the heavy slabs onto trucks and send them where they need to go. The weather matters a lot to us; if it rains too hard, it slows down the drying, and if it’s too hot, we have to watch the concrete carefully. We are just a local operation doing practical work that most people don't even notice until they step on a loose drain. It’s not exciting, but it’s necessary. We just keep the molds ready for the next batch.
