Our office is located at Pooja Apartment right on Sinhagad Road, just across from the Abhiruchi Mall. If you are familiar with the Wadgaon B.K. area, you probably know the spot since the traffic usually crawls right past us. At Crystal Swimming Pools India Pvt. Ltd., we deal with a lot of water and concrete. Building a pool is a messy process, and there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We spend a lot of time out at job sites, digging holes or checking pipes to make sure nothing is leaking. It is hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on us. Back at the office, we handle the paperwork and talk to folks about what kind of pool fits their backyard. Sometimes people think it’s all about luxury, but mostly it’s about maintenance and making sure the pumps don’t quit in the middle of May. We keep a stash of parts and chemicals because you never know when someone is going to have a green pool emergency. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that every patch of ground in India has its own quirks when you try to put a pool in it. We just try to do a solid job and keep the water clear. It’s a lot of manual labor and tracking down the right fittings. We are usually out on the road.
