We are based out of Flat 106 in Sanskar Residency, which is right in the Chaurai Nagar area. If you know Samthane Phata, we aren't far from that junction at all. Being out here in Maval on Parandwadi Road means it’s a bit quieter than the main city, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. It’s a residential building, so it feels a bit more like home than a cold office. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle all the daily operations. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the routine stuff that keeps a small business going. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things professional and not make too much noise. Getting here is easy enough if you're coming from the main road. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and it suits our needs for now. There’s a lot of growth happening around Samthane Phata these days, but our corner of Sanskar Residency stays pretty much the same. We handle our own logistics and keep our records in order right from this flat. It’s not a big corporate setup with a front desk or anything. It’s just us working through our tasks, making sure we stay organized. Sometimes the weather out here in Maval gets a bit wild, but we just carry on with what needs doing. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra fuss you see elsewhere. It feels a bit more personal working from a residency like this.
