Our place at Tisya Building Products Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Sr. No-28 on the Kanade Nagar side of the Katraj-Handewadi Road. It’s a growing area, so there is always some construction happening nearby which keeps things interesting. We deal with building products, so our yard is usually full of supplies waiting to be moved out. The road outside gets quite busy during the morning and evening hours with people commuting. We have a small office on-site where we handle the orders and talk to the drivers. It’s not a very quiet place because there is always a truck idling or someone unloading pallets. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s checking the inventory or cleaning up the storage area. The weather out here can get quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up across the open spaces. We don’t really have a big showroom, it’s more about the practical side of storage and distribution. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we feel like part of the neighborhood. We just focus on getting the products in and out as quickly as we can. It’s a lot of manual work and tracking numbers on clipboards. We like the routine of it and the fact that we are helping people get their own projects finished. It is just basic work but it feels good to stay busy.
