Our office is sitting on the 3rd floor of the Ganga Collidium building, specifically Office 315. We are right on the Bibwewadi Lulla Nagar Road here in Pune. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but we have gotten used to the traffic over the years. We handle ventilation systems, which sounds technical because it is. Mostly, we spend our time looking at fan specifications and talking to engineers on the phone. The office is usually filled with the sound of computers humming and someone probably complaining about the air conditioning not being as good as the systems we actually sell. It is a standard workspace, nothing too flashy or fancy to look at. We have some posters on the walls and stacks of catalogs that probably need sorting out. People come by to talk about big projects or just to pick up some documents. It is mostly a lot of coordination between the factory and the clients who need better air in their buildings. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the local food spots pretty well. It is a quiet kind of work compared to a factory floor, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just focus on getting the right fans to the right places without too much fuss. We aren't here to make big speeches, just to do the paperwork.
