Universal TransLink Services is tucked away at Chinchwad 8th Cross on New K R Road. The specific plot number is 122/7/2. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with the side streets. Our office is small and functional. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different locations. Chinchwad is a busy hub, so there is always something happening. The 8th Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the beginning. We handle a lot of logistics work, mostly involving local and regional movement. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few old computers and a lot of paper ledgers because we still trust them more than the digital stuff. People drop by with their packages or just to check on a delivery. I try to keep things organized, but in this business, things change quickly. A road might be blocked or a driver might get sick, and then you have to rethink the whole plan. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We don’t use big words to describe what we do; we just move things from here to there and hope the traffic isn't too bad.
