Universal Hospital

Our hospital is located on Veer Santaji Ghorpade Rd, right near Rameshwar Chouk in Kasba Peth. We are quite close to Shaniwar Wada, which is a big part of the local history here. This area is full of narrow streets and old buildings, and we are right in the middle of it. The hospital itself is a bit of an older structure. It has high ceilings and those thick walls that keep it a bit cooler in the summer. We have several floors, and the layout is a bit like a maze if you aren't used to it. The staff knows every shortcut, though. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we get people coming in at all hours. We keep things running 24/7, so the lights never really go out. The lobby is often full of families waiting for news. We don't have any of those modern glass walls or fancy art. It is just a practical place for medical care. Most of us have lived in this part of the city our whole lives. We understand the local way of doing things. The noise from Rameshwar Chouk is something you just get used to after a few days. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the patients are taken care of. It is not a glamorous job, but it is an important one for the folks in Kasba Peth. We’ve been here a long time.
