Umbrajkars Associates

Umbrajkars Associates is based in Sakar Bunglow, which is on Lane No 10 of Prabhat Road. It’s right opposite Hotel Swaroop in the Erandwane area, near Dnyashewar Park and Alandi Road. Working out of a bungalow gives the whole place a very different feel than a typical office building. It’s quieter and a bit more tucked away. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and there’s a bit of a garden area outside that we see from the windows. Prabhat Road is one of those nice, tree-lined parts of town, so it’s actually a pleasant place to come to every morning. We deal with a lot of paperwork and meetings here. Often, we’re just sitting around a table discussing different files or talking to people who come by to visit. It doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment. We know the staff over at Hotel Swaroop and the people who walk their dogs in Dnyashewar Park. It’s a settled, established neighborhood. We’ve been here for a good while, and the address has become very familiar to those we work with. We don’t have any big flashy signs or aggressive advertising. We just operate out of our space in Sakar Bunglow and keep things moving. It’s a steady pace of work. We handle the tasks as they come, drink our tea, and enjoy the quiet of Lane No 10. There’s always someone around if you need to drop off documents or chat about a project.
