You can find us at Ugam Ideas Private Limited, which is located inside the Prosperity Society in Karve Nagar. Our office is specifically in Flat 6 of the Chaitanyaram Apartment on Plot 25. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We like it that way because it makes the work feel less like a chore. We come up with ideas and help plan out different projects. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There’s no big boss sitting in a corner office; we all just sit together around a few large tables. We have a lot of brainstorming sessions where we just draw on whatever paper is handy. The office is often a bit cluttered with sketches and notes, but we managed to find what we need most of the time. Karve Nagar is a lively part of Pune, and there’s always somewhere to go for a quick walk if we get stuck on a problem. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy coffee machine. We just have a small stove for making tea and a few snacks in the cupboard. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just one that does honest work and keeps its promises to the people who hire us for our ideas.
