You can find us right by the entrance of the Tulja Bhawani Mandir at Yeshowdeep Chowk. It’s a very busy spot in Warje Malwadi. There is always a lot of noise from the temple visitors and the traffic passing through the chowk. We are located at Mr. Ankush D. More’s place. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we handle the engineering business. People often use the temple as a landmark to find us because the streets can get confusing in this part of Pune. We’ve been operating out of this area for a while now. The mornings are usually the busiest when the shops nearby start opening up. We have a few desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look closely. The local tea stall is where we usually end up during breaks. It’s a regular neighborhood, nothing fancy about it. We just focus on the engineering work and getting our tasks finished on time. The power goes out occasionally, which is just part of living in Pune 38. We make do with what we have. It’s a good community around here, and most of the neighbors know who we are by now. We’re just a bunch of people working hard at U. B. Engineering Limited, Pune.
