Truegenic Seeds Llp

Truegenic Seeds Llp is based over in Kothrud, specifically in the Shantiban Co-Opp Housing Society. Our office is on Plot No. 40, which is part of Survey No. 61/3/2-6. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, but our little corner in the housing society is actually somewhat quiet. It’s a bit unusual for a seed company to be in a residential area like this, but it works for our administrative side. We don't keep the big stocks here; this is more where we do the planning and the paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which is nice. It’s a very local feel. We aren't trying to be some giant international corporation. We just want to do right by the people we work with. Most of the staff live nearby, so we don't have long commutes, which is a blessing in Pune traffic. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of seed catalogs. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes the files pile up during the busy season. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We take pride in being a small, focused team. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist here. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and open it. That’s just the way we like to run things at Truegenic.
