Operating out of Viman Nagar on Balarry Road, we mostly deal with whatever orders come in that day. Being in Ganga Nagar, specifically on 1st Main Road 3, puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. We’ve had this office for a few years. It’s not a large space, mostly just desks and some filing cabinets that really need organizing one of these days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or handling paperwork for different clients. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, while other days everyone is rushing to meet a deadline. It’s just a handful of us working here. We know the neighbors pretty well. The traffic on Balarry Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up before the rush hits. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw the sign while walking past. It’s a practical way to run things. We handle various tasks as they come, nothing too fancy or complicated. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the work list and make sure the bills are paid. It's a steady life here in this part of town and we like it that way. We aren't flashy people.
