Dedicated

Our place is over in Kondhwa, right in Flat 14 of the Galaxy building on NIBM Road. It’s a pretty busy part of Pune, especially with all the cars and people around Kauser Baug. We chose the name Dedicated because that's just how we approach the work we do here in the office. It isn’t a big corporate setup with lots of floors. It is just a flat where a few of us sit and handle our daily business. The area is really lively and has plenty of small shops and places to grab a quick bite. Sometimes the noise from the street comes in, but we just focus on whatever project is currently on the table. We don’t bother with fancy titles or having a big board of directors. It is just practical work that needs to get done. Most of our mornings start with clearing out the email inbox and figuring out what needs to be finished by the time we head home. We have been in this same spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of the building. The lift in the society sometimes acts up, so we end up walking up the stairs more than we’d like. It is a simple operation. We talk to our clients, answer the phones, and make sure we aren't missing any important dates. There isn't any secret to it, just showing up and doing the job.
