Pms Hr Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of Surya Tower, which is at Office No. 4. We are located at Sr. No. 50/1 right near Nalstop. Anyone familiar with Pune knows that Nalstop is one of the busiest junctions, so there is always a lot of energy and noise outside our windows. Our office is where we handle a lot of HR work, like looking through resumes and talking to people about jobs. It’s a professional enough space, but it definitely feels like a local office rather than a big corporate headquarters. We have a few cabins and some open desk space. The hallway in Surya Tower is usually busy with people going to the other offices. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or looking at screens. Since we are in such a central location, we often go out for a quick bite at the local stalls nearby. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work and traffic outside, so we are always wiping down the desks. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for what we need to do. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, try to match people with the right roles, and keep the paperwork moving. It’s a lot of talking and organizing, and by the end of the day, we’re usually ready to head out.
