Trimurti Corns

Trimurti Corns is located at 130/A on Laxmi Road. If you know Laxmi Road, you know how busy it gets with all the shoppers and vehicles. We spend our whole day dealing with corn. We have to peel the husks and get everything ready for the customers. The smell of corn is always in the air around our spot. It’s a small place, and we don't have much room for anything other than our supplies. We use a lot of salt and some spices that we keep in small containers. The floor usually has some bits of corn husk on it by the afternoon, no matter how much we sweep. We see all kinds of people, from students to elderly folks who have been shopping on Laxmi Road for decades. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because the street gets so crowded and wet. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the rush. We don't have fancy packaging, just the usual way of serving it. It’s a straightforward job and we’ve gotten pretty fast at it over the years. We stay open as long as the market is active. When the shops around us start closing their shutters, we know it's time for us to pack up too and go home.
