We’ve been around since 1990, back when this part of Dhanbad looked a lot different. Our office is near the school, which means we hear the bell ring every afternoon and the noise of kids heading home. It’s a quiet place mostly, focused on our farm and resort work. We started small, just a few people interested in land and agriculture, and we’ve just kept at it for all these years. There are old files stacked up in the corners and the furniture is from when we first opened. We don’t see a need to change things just for the sake of it. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. We know the local farmers and the families who live nearby. It’s not a fast-paced environment. We take our time with things and make sure we’re doing them right. Sometimes someone will bring in snacks from the market and we’ll sit around the main desk for a bit. The walls have pictures of our early days when there were fewer buildings around. It feels like a piece of history in this neighborhood. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve walked past the school and seen our sign. It’s a slow and steady way of doing things, and it suits us just fine.
