Trackinfovision Pvt Ltd is right here at 181, Rasta Peth in Pune. It’s an old part of the city, postcode 411011. Rasta Peth has a lot of history and the streets are quite narrow and crowded with bikes. Our office is in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just enough for people to find us. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the desks and equipment we have shoved in there. We work on a lot of technical stuff, so there are always wires and extra monitors sitting around. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The fans hum all day long to keep the heat away. We don’t really do big meetings with fancy presentations. Usually, we just huddle around someone’s desk to solve a problem. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Most of us walk or ride a scooter to get here, so the morning starts with everyone complaining about the traffic in Pune. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day. It’s just a group of regular people doing their best to keep the business running smoothly from this little corner of Maharashtra. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood feels like a part of us now.
