We are located at Manibandh Appt on Sinhagad Road in Pune. It’s a residential building, specifically A-14, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. Being in Hingane Khurdh means we deal with that famous Pune traffic every single day. If you’re trying to reach us during peak hours, it takes a bit of patience. Toyo Engineering India Ltd has been using this apartment as a base for our local work. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of engineering equipment. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but it works for us. We like being in this part of Pune because it’s close to everything we need. There are small shops downstairs where we grab snacks or get photocopies done. The atmosphere is very casual. We don't wear ties or follow strict corporate protocols here. It’s more about sitting down and solving the technical problems on our plates. Sometimes we work late when a deadline is coming up. You can hear the sounds of the city outside the windows all day. It’s just a regular group of engineers doing their jobs. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but we prefer it that way.
