We are based at 3-A, Bandal Capital on Paud Road in Kothrud. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be quite something during peak hours. The building is easy to spot though. We work on motion solutions, which basically means we deal with parts that help machines move or stay in place. It is a lot of metal, some grease, and plenty of technical drawings. Our office is fairly basic. We have some workbenches in the back and a few desks up front for the paperwork side of things. It’s not a place where you’ll see people in expensive suits. We’re usually in work clothes because things can get a bit messy when we’re looking at a part or testing something. We’ve been in Kothrud for a bit now and we like being part of the local business community. There is a good place for snacks just down the road that we visit often. The work isn't always exciting, but it’s important to the people who need these specific parts. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure our inventory is correct. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. We don't try to be anything we're not. We are just a group of people who understand how these systems work and we spend our time making sure they keep working for our customers without any big issues.
