Arselex Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is located at Gala No. 59, 201/1 in the T Block of the Morya Industrial Complex. This is right in the middle of the MIDC area in Bhosari. If you know this part of Pune, you know it’s full of engineering shops just like ours. We spend most of our time on the floor working on different mechanical parts and projects. The space is filled with the sound of machines running and the smell of cutting oil. It is a busy environment and we don't have much time for sitting around. We have a small mezzanine level where we keep our files and take care of the billing, but the real work happens downstairs. It’s a small team of us who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have any flashy marketing or a big sign outside. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the MIDC who need something specific made or repaired. The gala is a bit crowded with raw materials and half-finished jobs, but we know where everything is. We don't wear uniforms, just regular work clothes that can get a bit greasy. It’s honest, hands-on work. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the measurements and making sure the engineering is solid. It is a tough way to make a living sometimes, but we like seeing a job done right.
