Our office is in the Kasarwadi Zep Building on the Mumbai-Pune Road. We’re on the first floor, right next to B V Bhadari and the H P petrol pump. It’s a good spot because there’s always something happening on the main road and it's easy for drivers to find. Tkm Global Logistics Pvt Ltd might sound like a big name, but inside the office, it’s just a regular group of us working through piles of paperwork and tracking numbers. The Mumbai-Pune road is always packed with traffic, so we spend a lot of time looking out the window at the cars and trucks crawling by. We deal with a lot of logistics stuff, which mostly means we’re on the phone or the computer trying to track where things are. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays at the ports or on the highway. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the sound of the petrol pump next door and the smell of fuel. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and get through the tasks. We aren't into big speeches or corporate slogans. We just show up in the morning, handle the shipments that are due, and head home when the work is finished. It’s the kind of job where you’re always solving small problems that pop up throughout the day while drinking a bit of tea.
