We are based over at C-212 in the Chincholi-Kathi MIDC area of Solapur North. This is where Tirupati Balaji Cottex Industries Private Limited does all its work. Being in an MIDC area means we are surrounded by other industries and factories, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. It is an industrial part of Solapur, and that suits us just fine. We are right in the thick of it. The building is a typical industrial unit where we have our machinery and a small space for the office work. It gets hot in Solapur, especially in the summer, and the tin roofs in the MIDC do not help much, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the cottex side of things, which is hard work and requires a lot of attention. There is no room for being lazy here. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just know our business and we stick to it. Most of our day is spent making sure the production is on track and the quality is what it should be. It is a gritty, real-world job. People who work here know the value of a long day's work. It is just how we do things in Solapur. There is always a lot of dust and noise, but that is how you know we are actually working.
