Sri Hari International

We operate out of Shaniwar Peth at the Nav Maharashtra House building. Our unit is at number 43, tucked away among other similar businesses. We deal with international trade and export matters, which keeps us busy from morning until night. It’s a small office but we stay very focused throughout the day. The walls are lined with old maps and various calendars to keep track of different shipping dates. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different time zones on the phone. Sometimes that means staying late or coming in before the sun is up. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees or a fancy lobby. It’s just a handful of us who know the business and the people involved. We focus on the tiny details of shipping and customs because that’s what really matters in this line of work. The neighborhood is full of history, which is a nice backdrop for our daily grind. We get our lunch from the local shops just down the street. The office isn't particularly modern or stylish, but it's functional and we have everything we need to work. We don't go for big presentations or marketing stunts. We just try to get the goods from point A to point B without any trouble. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different regulations. We’ve built up a good network over the years just by being honest with people. It’s not a flashy life, but it’s a good one. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
