TINWALA VENTURES LLP is located in the R-Euphoria complex in Kondhwa Bk. Our office is Flat 602 in Building 04. It’s one of those newer residential and commercial mixtures you see popping up all over Pune. We decided to set up here because it’s close to where most of us live. Being in a place like SN-18(P) means we are part of a growing community. We deal with different ventures, which basically means we look at projects and see how to make them work. It isn't always smooth sailing. Some days we are just chasing down signatures or waiting for people to call us back. We have a couple of desks, a printer that jams way too often, and a view of the surrounding buildings. It’s a plain office. We don’t have a logo on the door or anything fancy. Most of our work is done through word of mouth and just knowing people in the area. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to keep doing our work and paying the bills. It’s a decent life. If you’re looking for us, just ask the security guard at the gate for Building 4; they usually know where the businesses are located. We’re usually there until the sun goes down and the traffic settles.
