We are over here at Radha Apartments in Aundh, right in Gaikwad Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot for the kind of engineering work we handle every day. Most of the time, the office is just filled with drawings and people arguing about tech specs. We started Third Step Engineering Technologies because we knew the area and wanted to be close to where things are actually happening in Pune. It isn't a massive flashy office, just a regular place at No. 3 where the team gets together. Sometimes the traffic in Aundh gets a bit much, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We deal with various technical projects, mostly sticking to what we know best which is the engineering side of things. There’s always something to fix or a new design to look at on the screens. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything we build actually works the way it should. Our neighbors in the building know us as the guys who stay late sometimes when a project deadline is coming up. It’s been a few years now since we set up shop here. We like being in a residential-commercial mix like this because it feels more like a community than just a business park. We just keep our heads down and focus on the engineering problems that come our way.
