Thinksprout Ventures Llp is located in Flat No 1202, Building H, within the Asawarinanded City complex right on Sinhagad Road. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out to start their day. Being up on the twelfth floor means we get a decent view of the surroundings, and it stays a bit quieter than the street level down below where the traffic never really stops. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling things from this residential setup. It isn’t some fancy glass office building or anything like that, just a regular place in a big housing society where we get our work done. Most days start with the usual sounds of the neighborhood waking up, and by the time the afternoon hits, the sun really warms up the flat. We have our desks set up in the main room and some files tucked away in the corners. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time, which usually suits us just fine. If you’re familiar with the Sinhagad Road area, you know how packed it can get, so being tucked away in Nanded City gives us some breathing room. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we’re just a few people working out of building H. Sometimes the lift takes a while if everyone is coming home at once, but that’s just how it goes here.
