Our office is tucked away in Aga Nagar Society over in Wadgaonsheri. It’s S No 46/5, if you’re trying to find us on a map. We have been here in Pune for a while now, and the neighborhood is pretty lively. Most of our day is spent inside the office working on various projects. The name Thinkerplace Private Limited kind of says it all, as we spend a lot of time just figuring stuff out and thinking through problems. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re just a smaller team that focuses on getting things right. The office isn't anything too crazy, just a functional space with desks, computers, and way too many coffee mugs. Wadgaonsheri has changed a lot since we first started, but our spot in the society stays pretty much the same. We like the fact that it's not right in the middle of a loud commercial district, so we can actually hear ourselves think. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign. We handle our daily tasks as they come, trying to stay organized despite the usual chaos of a busy workday. Sometimes the traffic on the way in is a bit much, but once we’re at the desk, it’s all about the work. We keep things pretty relaxed here, no rigid corporate rules or anything that feels too stiff.
