If you know the Sant Tukaram Nagar area, you probably know the Bhaji Mandai. Think Tank Bizserve LLP is located right there at Dusane Niwas, SNO. 540. It’s a lively part of Pimpri because of the market nearby. You can always hear the vegetable sellers and the general hum of the crowd from our windows. We decided to set up here because it’s easy for everyone to find. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs, and plenty of files stacked up. We work on various business services for our clients from this spot in Pune. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We aren't big on formalities. When the work gets heavy, we just put our heads down and get through it. Being near the mandai means we can always grab some fresh snacks or fruit during our breaks. The building is older, but it has character. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We focus on the tasks at hand without needing a lot of shiny gadgets or a polished reception area. It’s a practical place for people who just want to get their business handled. We like being part of the local community here in Maharashtra and doing our part every day. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to help our clients with their business needs in a sensible way.
