Thimmaraya Excellence (Opc) Private Limited

Thimmaraya Excellence (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Rahatani, in the Sai Miracle building. It’s right near Akashganga Society in Shivar Nagar. Our office is upstairs in flat 202 of B Wing. It isn't a huge place, just a regular office setup. Most people around here know the society, so we tell them to look for that when they're coming over. It can get a bit busy with traffic around Pune sometimes, but once you're actually inside the building, it is quiet enough. We spend most of our days working through whatever paperwork or tasks come across the desk. It’s not fancy. We just have a few desks and some computers in the flat. We have been here for a bit now. Sometimes the lift acts up, but the stairs are not bad for a second-floor spot. Being in Rahatani is convenient for most of us. We like the local vibe of the neighborhood. There are some good places nearby to grab a quick tea or lunch during our break. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Mostly, it is just us doing the work we need to do. If someone asks where the office is, we just say it is near Akashganga. It's a very straightforward setup. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a flat we use for our workspace. It works for what we need.
