The Aid Architect & Interior designer

Mrs Ojaswi Korpavalikar runs the show here at The Aid Architect & Interior designer. We are tucked away in B1-3 at Kubera Garden on Nibm Road in the Kodwa area of Pune. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice when you need to focus on a complicated floor plan. Mostly, we deal with interiors and the architectural side of things for local houses and small offices. It’s not a huge firm, just a small team trying to help people make their spaces usable. We spend our days looking at paint samples, wood finishes, and trying to figure out where the plumbing should go. Sometimes the site visits take longer than expected because of the Pune traffic, but that's just part of it. We don't use any fancy jargon here. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to understand what they need for their home. It gets a bit hectic when multiple projects are happening at once, especially when materials don't show up on time. But we manage. We’ve been in this Kubera Garden office for a bit and the neighbors know us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure someone’s living room looks decent and fits their furniture. It’s practical work, really. Most of our tools are just pencils, scales, and a computer that crashes every now and then. We just keep at it day by day, making sure we don't miss any small details.
