You can find us in Viman Nagar, specifically at Royal Tower on the 4th floor. Being in Office No. 20 means we get a decent view of what’s happening in the Clover Park area. Viman Nagar is a fast-moving place, and we see it changing every day from our window. As architects and designers, our day usually involves a lot of sketching and arguing over where a wall should go. It’s not all pretty pictures; there’s a lot of paperwork and permits to deal with too. We’ve been in this tower for a while, and the elevators are sometimes a bit slow, but it gives us time to catch up with the other people working in the building. Our office is a mix of computers and old-fashioned drawing boards. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. Usually, someone just comes by because they saw our sign or heard about a house we worked on nearby. We sit down, maybe have some tea, and look at their space. Every project has its own set of headaches, like tight budgets or weird layouts, but that’s the job. We like being in this part of Pune. It’s got a good energy and it keeps us busy with all the new apartments and offices popping up. It is a bit cramped with all the physical models we build, but we make it work somehow.
